We’re glad you’re here! At Sehat Ki Pathshala, we believe that true wellness doesn’t come from short-term fixes — it comes from the right knowledge, conscious choices, and consistent habits.

As you and I both know, we Indians often become victims of our jobs, businesses, and professions when it comes to our health. Due to the busy schedule of my own work, my health also started declining. I developed hyperacidity, migraine, and obesity. I was tired of taking pills for headaches and acidity.

One day, out of frustration, I decided that I had to improve my health again. For that, I studied, took trainings, and earned certifications in diet and nutrition. By making food my medicine, I lost 16 kg of weight and reversed my medical conditions. This is where the idea of "Sehat Ki Pathshala" began. There are many people in this world who suffer from similar problems and spend their whole lives being sick.

I made up my mind that every man or woman should fulfill their responsibilities, but not at the cost of their health.

Through my study, I learned that nature has not made anything difficult when it comes to health. By following these simple natural processes, I have helped thousands of families over the last 11 years to naturally lose or gain weight and live a medicine-free life.
